The wedding will occur on the Big Island of Hawaii, on the Kona side of the Island. You will fly into Kona International Airport. Please plan accordingly and purchase your tickets to avoid high ticket prices near the holidays.
We recommend everyone fly in on Monday 4/7/2025 but no later than Tuesday 4/8/2025, for the welcome reception (refer to Itinerary)Check-in is Monday, April 7th @ 3:00 p.m.
Check-out of Ohana Retreat House is Monday, April 14th, 2025. Most guests will be leaving on Sunday, April 13th, 2025.
Note: If you are extending your stay in Hawaii, book other accommodations as the Ohana Retreat House we rented will only be available April 7th-April 14th. -
where you'll stay
Everyone will be staying in assigned rooms at the Ohana Retreat House, which will be private for all our guests during the wedding week.
We have already paired guests up by room- so let us know if you have any questions.

If you are planning to rent a car, please contact us. Ohana Retreat House has limited parking space, so we need to monitor the number of cars on the property.
We, and others are planning on renting a big car- so carpooling will be an option.

Ohana Retreat House
We are very excited to announce that we'll be tying the knot at this breathtaking private estate, where we'll also have the pleasure of hosting our loved ones. This expansive property is a slice of paradise, providing ample space for both our ceremony and reception. Imagine two large Hawaiian-style homes, complete with a shared pool, tennis court, cabana, and shuffleboard, all nestled within lush gardens.
Each home boasts 8-bedroom suites, making a total of 16, each with its own private bathroom. The grounds are a tropical dream, featuring a pool, tennis court, shuffleboard, ping-pong, basketball, water volleyball, and croquet set amidst gardens bursting with bananas, papayas, mangoes, guavas, pineapples, and coconuts.
Adding to the charm, this stunning estate is just a short walk from beach parks and a vibrant snorkeling beach. We are incredibly grateful to be able to share this special moment with you in such a picturesque setting.
